-A week from Friday, May 26, Northeast Wrestling presents Adam Cole’s first post-ROH match, challenging Cody Rhodes for the Northeast Wrestling Championship at their Spring Slam event in Newburgh, N.Y. They just announced the match this week, as they contractually weren’t able to before that. Check out a short video hyping the match HERE.

-NXT has announced three midwest dates in late July. Thursday, July 27 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Turner Hall Ballroom, Friday, July 28 in Green Bay, Wisconsin at Shopko Hall, Saturday, July 29 in St. Paul, Minnesota at Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

(Keller’s Note: Annoyingly, WWE billed the St. Paul show as taking place in Minneapolis, which to people in Minneapolis and St. Paul is as much of an error as saying an event in Pittsburgh is going to take place in Philadelphia or an event in Oakland is going to take place in San Francisco. They’re both separate cities, known as the Twin Cities, with separate downtowns, separate pro sports teams, and similar populations; St. Paul is not a suburb of Minneapolis, and just saying a show is in Minneapolis when it’s actually in St. Paul can get an M.C. or lead singer in a band booed by a crowd. It can also send fans to the wrong downtown looking for the venue hosting NXT.)
