Rob Gronkowski recently announced that he will be officially retiring from Professional Football after playing nine seasons with The New England Patriots as their Tight End. After he made his announcement, several of his closest friends sent him a message to congratulate him on his NFL Career as well as his retirement including WWE Superstar Mojo Rawley. Rawley ended his message with: “It’s about to get really wild now. The best is yet to come!”
Several others replied to the tweet sent by Mojo Rawley with speculation that Gronk was coming to WWE. Rawley’s full tweet was: Congrats to my brother Rob Gronkowski on retirement. Best to ever play the position in NFL history. Proud of your career and even more proud to be your friend. It’s about to get really wild now. The best is yet to come!”
WWE also took to Twitter to congratulate Gronk by sharing a clip from when he helped Mojo Rawley win The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at The WrestleMania 33 Kickoff Show. WWE captioned it with: “Congratulations go out to Rob Gronkowski on his retirement from the NFL and a fantastic career!”
