For the second straight week, Braun Strowman got a shot at AJ Styles’ United States Championship.

And for the second straight week, their match ended in a disqualification. After a ref bump, Styles low blowed Strowman and attacked him with a steel chair. Strowman avoided a chair shot and hit a powerslam, but there was no referee to count the pin.

Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson then came out and interfered while the ref was down. Strowman fought them off and hit them with a chair. When the ref woke up, Styles faked like Strowman had hit him with the chair. The ref called for the bell and disqualified Strowman.

Strowman laid out all three of Styles, Gallows, and Anderson after the match.

Two title matches involving Strowman were confirmed for Clash of Champions. Strowman will challenge for Seth Rollins’ Universal Championship at the pay-per-view, and Strowman & Rollins will defend their Raw Tag Team titles against Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode. Ziggler & Roode won a tag team turmoil match last night to get the title shot.

Sasha Banks explained her four-month absence from WWE and had her first match since WrestleMania 35. The King of the Ring tournament also continued with Raw’s last two first-round matches.
