The upcoming Madison Square Garden show featuring Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling talent has just officially sold out of tickets. Both promotions are running a joint show in The Garden for the first time ever in early 2019 and there are now longer any tickets available for the event, which means that well over 10,000 fans are expected to attend the event. Prior to this sellout, ROH’s biggest crowd arrived for the Supercard of Honor event in Louisiana earlier this year, which brought in a reported 6,000 fans. Tickets went on sale earlier today and sold out in just minutes for the show. The G1 Supercard event will now be taking place on April 6th of next year in front of a packed crowd in the famous New York City arena.

During the Mae Young Classic television tapings that took place in Full Sail University last night, NXT Superstar Tegan Nox received a legitimate leg injury during a match. She was evaluated by WWE’s medical team and was helped to the back by officials. Triple H later said that her leg injury would only be a bump in the road for her long NXT career, and Nox herself has released a statement on the injury that she got last night. Nox thanked all of her peers and fans for sending in their support and well wishes shortly after the news of her injury was reported. Fortunately, Nox now also says that she is completely focused on recovering and coming back from her injury as quickly as she possibly can.

NXT’s next huge Takeover event will be taking place on the night before SummerSlam in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York very soon. Most of the card has been confirmed now, but some reshuffling has been done on WWE’s end over the past few days. Not only was the Triple Threat NXT Championship main event changed to a one-on-one Last Man Standing match, but WWE has also announced that Takeover will be starting one hour earlier than it usually does. Rather than start at 8pm ET next weekend, the event will officially begin at 7pm ET, and it will feature a Kickoff show that begins at 6pm ET. Fans who are interested in watching NXT Takeover: Brooklyn next Saturday should keep in mind that the show will begin at an earlier time this year.
