Last Sunday’s Fastlane was the last stop before next month’s WrestleMania and the card for WrestleMania is now beginning to take shape. Fastlane had a lot of big moments including Randy Orton winning the United States Title to become a Grand Slam Champion, Asuka confronting SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte and challenging her to a match at WrestleMania and WWE Champion AJ Styles retaining the WWE Title with controversy as SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon interjected himself in the main event twice and cause both Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn their chance to main event WrestleMania.
Speaking of controversy, SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon and SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan has not been on the same page for the past few months. There are reports that indicate that the two will battle at WrestleMania, but Daniel Bryan has not been cleared by WWE Doctors as of today. Speaking of Daniel Bryan, he wasn’t seen at Fastlane last Sunday and the situation wasn’t addressed by Shane McMahon during Talking Smack. Just recently, Daniel Bryan’s Wife Brie Bella addressed the situation and said that they were attending his cousin Billy’s wedding. Brie posted these photos from the ceremony:
