Last Tuesday night on SmackDown Live, it was announced that WWE Champion AJ Styles will be defending the WWE Title against both Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn in a Triple Threat Match at next month’s Fastlane PPV. The announcement was made after WWE Champion AJ Styles interfered in the main event number one contendership match between Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn that ended in a no contest.
Just recently, SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon announced that the WWE Title Match at Fastlane will now be a Fatal 4 Way Match. SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon announced that the winner of next week’s match between Dolph Ziggler & Baron Corbin will go on to join WWE Champion AJ Styles, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the WWE Title Match at Fastlane.
