As noted, WWE will be airing a one-hour special called “WWE Special” on Sunday, October 27th at 2pm Eastern Time.
Originally, the only word making the rounds about the special was simply the synopsis from TV guides, which read as follows:
“WWE Special: A profile of some of the greatest stars in wrestling and the sport itself.”
In an update, it is now known that the broadcast will simply be an “abbreviated version” of the regular WWE Friday Night SmackDown broadcast that airs on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) this week due to the MLB World Series taking their usual time slot on FOX.
