According to Planeta Wrestling, WWE has been meeting with officials from CMLL in an attempt to purchase the lucha-libre promotion’s video gallery for the WWE network library. Reports are that WWE hopes to build their Latino following and will offer up CMLL matches and content on the premiere tier option of the network. The story further speculates that this is being done since the current product has a poor focus on Latino talent. As of this writing, the current negotiation status is unknown.
