Nikki and Brie Bella made a rare appearance on Friday Night Smackdown this week, on a special edition of A Moment Of Bliss, to officially announced that they will be entering the WWE Hall of Fame at this year’s ceremony in Tampa.

The Bella Twins signed WWE developmental deals in 2007 and began working out of Florida Championship Wrestling before moving up to the main roster just one year later. Throughout their careers they worked as singles stars, a tag team and managers for various talents.

Brie was the first to win a title in WWE, defeating Eve Torres in April 2011 to win the Divas Championship. Nikki would also win the title twice on her own.

In 2013, WWE partnered with the E! network to premiere a new reality series called Total Divas, which featured both Nikki and Brie as two of the key stars, among others. The show is now in its 9th season, with the Twins starring in the first 8 seasons.

They received their own spin off called Total Bellas in 2016, which begins its 5th season later this year. Both are listed as Executive Producers on both series.

Already announced for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020 is Dave Bautista, as well as the nWo represented by Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Sean Waltman. Davey Boy Smith Jr., John Bradshaw Layfield and Jushin Thunder Liger are all rumored as well, although not confirmed.
