According to a report by the Wrestling Observer, there have been backstage conversations about the possibility of making SmackDown three hours long.
There has been talk of WWE adding a third hour to SmackDown after the upcoming move to FOX, with the feeling being that it would be beneficial to possibly do the third hour on FS1.
There hadn’t been any discussion about this until FS1 lost its UFC programming and therefore this could benefit FOX to counter the loss. Of course, this is a decision that many WWE fans would likely not want to see.
