IT IS IRELAND v England day and while many pundits have been reluctant to firmly tip one team or another, England’s former coach Clive Woodward was unsurprisingly bullish in his analysis.

The World Cup winner has been on the England Grand Slam train since before the tournament and hasn’t hesitated in picking them to win decisively in all their games so far.

“Ford and Sexton will have a big impact but whichever fly-half is given the easier ride will emerge victorious,” Woodward added in his Daily Mail column.

“Over to the forwards. England’s pack will dominate this game – so they should win by five points.”
