Wallabies lock Nick Frost is relishing the experience of Northern Hemisphere Rugby as the squad looks to test himself against Europe's best.Frost's backflip from Japanese Rugby has been high-profiled but has delivered significant dividends already as the Brumby establishes himself at the Test level. The 23-year-old turned down a deal to move overseas to recommit long-term to Australian Rugby and the Brumbies.Since then, he has made his Wallabies debut during the England series, with strong Australia A form continuing to raise his stocks, leading to the lock starting both games on the Spring Tour.“I’m very happy with my decision, obviously it’s worked out now but playing in Murrayfield, the game last week, you just don’t get atmospheres like that back at home,” Frost told reporters.“It’s a different style of footy and it’s great to see how the fans engage the crowd, especially the one on the weekend was unbelievable.“You think about that sort of stuff as a kid so to actually do it is surreal at times.“Their physicality is up there, very set-piece dominant and with Test Rugby you only get one or two chances as compared to Super so you have to execute in that moment because you might not get it again.”The Wallabies are viewing the final three Tests of the season as the perfect platform to build form ahead of next year's Rugby World Cup.The tour has started promising, trading one-point results with Scotland and France, with Tests against Italy, Ireland and Wales key barometers of where this team sits.Winger Tom Wright understands the importance of what European success can do for a Wallabies side that failed to record a win on last year's tour. “All those Test matches count leading to it…We want to put a name on what the Wallabies will look like in the World Cup next year,” Wright explained“Ideally, we want teams to absolutely respect us and have an eye on a potential game against us for whoever we’re coming up against.“The World Cup is still a long way away and we have three important games left but what we do in these games is going to propel us into next year.“We’ve had a little prep over in where we are going to be based and seen a little bit of what the surroundings will look like but there’s not a whole lot we can do (at this moment). The pool is very similar to the last World Cup we played so we’re reasonably familiar with the enemy early on.“We’re just going to let that speak for itself.”Click Here: Chelsea soccer tracksuit
