Former French international and central midfielder Claude Makélélé has joined Swansea’s coaching staff with immediate effect.
The 43 year old former AS Monaco Sporting Director and SC Bastia manager has signed a contract until the end of the season which sees him reunite with Paul Clement, who he worked with under Carlo Ancelotti at PSG.
Makélélé’s official title is assistant coach and he has signed a contract until the end of the season.
