Ring of Honor’s Office Manager has been bumped up to General Manager, prompting a press release from parent company Sinclair Broadcasting to announce the position change.
Gregory Gilleland received a promotion in title to “General Manager of Ring of Honor,” as announced by ROH COO Joe Koff, who is also VP of Training & Development for Sinclair. Gilleland will continue in the same role as before.
“We congratulate Greg on his well-deserved promotion,” Koff said in a press release. “During his time as Business Manager for ROH, he implemented accounting processes, developed financial reporting, managed annual budgets and business strategies, and played a significant role in improving ROH’s profitability and brand.”
“I am very grateful for the opportunities that I have been given by Sinclair and ROH,” said Gilleland. “I have been fortunate to be a part of the team that has helped grow ROH to become one of the major promotions in the wrestling world. As General Manager, I look forward to an even more exciting future, as we continue to grow the brand and provide what we believe is the best wrestling on the planet to the best fans on the planet.”
