The betting odds for Sunday’s WWE Battleground pay-per-view show reveal little intrigue ahead for the WWE Universe with a notable exception in the SmackDown Women’s Fatal 5-Way No. 1 Contender match.
Odds have swung mightily in the last day or so. After oddsmakers had Natalya at +1200 with the only longer shot in the match being Tamina, she is now the favorite at -215, surpassing previous favorite, Charlotte Flair, whose odds have dropped to +195.
With SummerSlam ahead in August, it was doubtful this show would make many waves and the betting odds have reflected that. All of the champions – Jinder Mahal, AJ Styles and the Usos – are favorites to retain the belts and John Cena is an overwhelming favorite to win his flag match with Rusev.
