It was announced on Monday Night RAW this week that due to a scheduling conflict – primary that one of their champions is in the fourth grade – the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships have officially been vacated by Braun Strowman and his new partner Nicholas.

RAW GM Kurt Angle has announced a “tag team eliminator”, which is basically a one-sided tournament where the winners will face off against Cesaro and Sheamus to determine a new set of champions at the Greatest Royal Rumble special event on April 27th. So far Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder of The Revival have advanced, defeating Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson in a first round match.
As of now, it does not appear that the “Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman will compete in the tournament, so his dreams of becoming a tag team legend look to be short-lived.
